Hyperise Return Policy?
Hyperise.com has a specific return policy for its customers. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with the purchase, they have 30 calendar days from the order delivery date to return the product and receive a refund. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the product was purchased at Hyperise.com.
Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. A refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that Hyperise does not cover shipping costs for returns.
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any product(s) showing signs of wear or being soiled in any way will be deemed "unacceptable".
Your refund will initiate within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. A detailed email confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
